After inheriting the Villa from our grandfather Piero, we entirely renovated the old building and in 2014 we opened to guests from more than 25 different countries.

Due to its privileged position, our Villa offers panoramic views over Lake Como and surrounding mountains which during these years became an ideal setting for family reunions, group of friends, watersport lovers and foodies…Lake Front Villa Dolce Vita is a real lakeside Villa with stunning views, large terrace and direct access to the beach and lake promenade.

The 2 independent apartments can host up to 12 people willing to spend high quality holidays surrounded by the astonishing beauty of Lake Como.

Sylvia’s Apartment

The upper apartment, which is named after the main female character of Federico Fellini’s movie “La Dolce Vita”, is sized about 75 square meters and features services like a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and a comfortable bathroom with multifunction shower.

The 2 cosy bedrooms are furnished with a mix of modern & ancient family furnitures, sleeping will be a pleasure on the comfortable king size beds and waking up with a beautiful Lake View will turn the holiday mood on. The main room offers a lakefront balcony which is ideal for chilling out after a long hike on the wonderful mountains we have around us.

The living room is very bright, featuring another balcony facing the Lake, a sofa bed for 2 people, a big dining table and Cable TV with multilingual channels.

Marcello’s Apartment

At garden level is located the other apartment, named after Marcello Mastroianni, iconic italian actor who also played a main role in Fellini’s movie “La Dolce Vita”. This apartment is slightly bigger and can be accessed through a beautiful Lake Front terrace with sunchairs, dining table, sunbeds and BBQ equipment.

Also this apartment provides a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need including coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and so on. The bathroom is tiny but offers everything from washing machine to Teuco multifunctional shower. The larger bedroom with wooden floor is very spacious and offers a stunning view of Lake Como and our well kept garden, It is furnished with king size bed and ancient pieces of furnitures belonging for generations to our Family. The second room has a fantastic italian design bed that can be transformed from single, into double or 2 single beds making it perfect to adapt do different groups.

On top of our lovely Family, the flourished garden and Lake Front terrace are what makes this setting really unique and worth your visit.
